The man in a panda suit

There is a grown man in a panda suit at the train station. Ｎobody seems to pay him any attention. He just stands there in the middle of the crowd waiting for his companion. The suit looks to large and he looks like a sickly emaciated panda bear. Very strange for me but probably not that uncommon around these parts.
